All information and data on the site, in any form (e.g. images, text, video, graphics and related html codes), are created for the purpose of communication at different levels: institutional, product, marketing, promotion and do not constitute in any way a commercial or fiduciary obligation between BBETTER and the user visitor.
The information and data on the site are the exclusive property of BBETTER srl and are protected by intellectual property rights. The contents may be used by the visitor for personal purposes but may not be duplicated and/or otherwise used for commercial purposes or for purposes other than the communication of BBETTER. Personal data will be processed by BBETTER and by the internal staff appointed by the Data Controller (including the staff in charge of marketing, administration, customer service and management and maintenance of information systems, as well as of the Website’s IT platform), in relation to the above-mentioned purposes.
Without prejudice to the communications made in execution of legal obligations, for the performance of the processing activities described in this statement, BBETTER makes communications to external companies or entities:
